Excellence Matters and this election matters.

 

Vote early by mail or in person. Vote according to your schedule and vote for UA Schools Issue 52! There are two ways to vote early FOR Issue 52 in the November 5 election:

By Mail from the comfort of your home

 

1) Fill out an application

Applications can be printed online at Franklin County Board of Elections. Please note: The county will not be sending applications to each registered voter as they have with past elections. That means you will have to download it from Franklin County Board of Elections site or call them to have an application mailed to you. Be sure to fill out the form completely including filling in the election date for the General Election on November 5, 2013. Applications are available right now and ballots will be mailed October 1, 2013 to voters.

 

2) Mail your application

The sooner the better to ensure that your ballot is received in a timely manner.

3) Watch the mail for your ballot

Beginning October 1, 2013, ballots will be mailed to your home address. (If you request a ballot after this October 1 date, then ballots are generally mailed the same day applications are received.)

 

4) Fill out your ballot

Please follow all instructions – especially those related to your signature! Vote FOR UA Schools on Issue 52.

 

5) Mail your ballot

It must be postmarked no later than Monday, November 4, 2013 and with the correct postage. Make sure you get it in early so your vote can be counted on Election Night!

In Person at Franklin County Board of Elections

 

1) Drive to the Franklin County Board of Elections

Ask to vote early. Bring your valid ID (driver’s license, state ID, government ID or copy of a current utility bill showing your name and current address). 

 

Off street parking is available in the Board of Elections parking lot for up to 30 minutes.

 

Voting hours for the November 5 election:

October 1 through November 1: Monday – Friday  8 a.m. -  5 p.m.  (Franklin County Board of Elections is open for voting on Columbus Day.)

 

Saturday, November 2  - 8 a.m. – Noon.

2) Fill out an early voting application and your ballot

VOTING ON ELECTION DAY

Is voting in person on Election Day your preference?  Remember that polls are open 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
